Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Senior level Experience Length: 5 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Part Time \- 9 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria ### **Job descriptions \& requirements** **Responsibilities:** * Research and implement cutting\-edge methods and innovations to enhance user experience, working from research to prototyping alongside a UI designer. * Conduct thorough user testing to validate design usability, maintaining a bias towards action and timely delivery. * Create clear and effective wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to articulate design concepts and solutions. * Present and defend designs to both peers and executive stakeholders at key milestones. * Utilize customer insights and market testing results to prioritize design optimizations for improved user experience and conversion rates. * Collaborate with the wider design community to ensure consistency and integration across all platforms. * Advocate for and contribute to the development of design guidelines, best practices, and standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field. * Demonstrated proficiency in advanced design and animation tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar software. * Extensive experience in UX/UI design with a focus on motion graphics, animation, and interactive design elements. * Strong portfolio showcasing technical skills in motion graphics, animation, and user interface design. * Solid understanding of user\-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability testing methodologies. * Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, agile environment while meeting technical requirements and deadlines. * Experience working on conversion rate optimization within a large enterprise is essential for this role. * Senior\-level experience in designing for consumer brands, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing UX design skills and innovative thinking. * Proficiency in digital design tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaboration platforms like Mural for prototyping and teamwork. * Experience and enthusiasm for working in a high\-performing Agile environment, ensuring efficient collaboration and rapid iteration. * Solid understanding of sales and marketing concepts, enhancing the ability to create designs that align with business objectives. **How to Apply:** Please submit your resume, attaching a link to your resume, portfolio, and any relevant work samples.
