Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time \- 9 to 5 Applicant Location: Remote (Work From Home), Nigeria ### **Job descriptions \& requirements** **Responsibilities:** * **User Research:** Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to translate requirements into sitemaps, user flows, and wireframes. * **Interface Design:** Develop high\-fidelity UI designs and mockups for web and mobile platforms that are visually appealing and intuitive. * **Prototyping:** Build interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas to stakeholders and for user testing. * **Design Systems:** Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure visual consistency across all products. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately. * **Iteration:** Analyze user feedback and data to refine and improve existing designs. **Requirements:** * **Portfolio:** A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, from wireframes to finished products. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. * **Methodology:** Solid understanding of user\-centered design (UCD) principles and accessibility standards. * **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions and the ability to accept constructive feedback. * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field. * **Development Knowledge:** Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required. **Remuneration**: **NGN** 250,000 per month
