1099 Salesforce QA/Admin, Independent Contractor/Freelance Only, Must be within 2 hours of EDT

This is a 1099 engagement for an independent Salesforce professional. Because we're a consultancy, we can't consider candidates currently employed by or subcontracting for another Salesforce partner or consultancy. You'll need availability for client and team meetings during business hours (roughly 9\-5 EDT), so this role isn't a fit for someone with a full\-time day job. We are seeking a detail\-oriented **Salesforce QA Analyst/Admin** to do perform a combo job of QA and some configuration/automations, in supporting our maintenance contracts and projects. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in testing Salesforce user stories, strong basic administration experience and exposure, good automation experience, and **must work within 2 hours of EDT.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Must work within 2 hours of Eastern Time Zone * Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications. * Excellent English communication skills * Conduct Basic configuration/permissions/general administration of Salesforce * Develop low to medium complexity automations/flows * Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements for user stories and test requirements/plans * Identify, document, and track defects and report to the team. * Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes. **Required Qualifications:** * Minimum of **3\+ years** of experience in Salesforce administration and testing. * Strong knowledge of **Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud**. * Experience with **manual testing approaches**. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with keen attention to detail. * At least one Salesforce certification such as **Salesforce Certified Administrator** or similar. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in **Agile/Scrum environments**. * Experience creating flows/automations Pay: $50\.00 \- $60\.00 per hour Expected hours: 10\.0 – 40\.0 per week Work Location: Remote
