B2C Account Manager

Location: US or UK Remote US base salary: $50k\-60k plus bonus UK base salary: £30k\-35k plus bonus Employment Type: Full\-time Industry: Beauty Tech **Aesthetics** Medspa **Client Services** **The role** Artemis is rapidly growing its B2C business, partnering with hundreds of Medspas across the US. Through performance marketing, creative and technology, we help Medspas generate real revenue from the aesthetic devices and treatments they offer. This is a client\-facing role focused on managing the day\-to\-day relationships with our Med Spa partners and ensuring they receive outstanding service from our internal agency team. You will manage a dedicated portfolio of med spa partners, acting as their day\-to\-day point of contact. You will be responsible for responding to partner queries, coordinating marketing activity, leading regular performance calls, and helping to identify opportunities to improve results and strengthen partnerships. The ideal candidate is highly organised and confident communicating with clinic owners, managers, and practitioners. **Key responsibilities** * Act as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of med spa and aesthetic clinic partners. * Manage day\-to\-day partner queries and ensure timely resolution of requests. * Coordinate with internal teams including operations, onboarding, appointment setting and billing. * Lead monthly performance review calls with partners, discussing campaign results, lead performance, and next steps. * Monitor partner satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve retention and engagement. * Support onboarding of new clinic partners into the marketing programme. * Maintain accurate records of communications, actions, and performance updates. * Escalate issues or risks where appropriate and help drive solutions. * Provide first\-line support for partner billing inquiries and concerns. **What we’re looking for** * 2\-3 years experience in client services, account management or customer success. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * AI\-driven mindset \- comfortable experimenting with AI tools and finding practical ways to incorporate them into day\-to\-day client management. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities. * Commercial awareness and confidence discussing performance metrics. * Experience working with digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, lead generation, or social media) is desirable. * Comfortable building relationships with business owners and senior stakeholders. * Proactive, calm under pressure, and solutions\-oriented. * Experience in beauty, aesthetics, healthcare, or wellness industries is a plus. **Success in this role** In the first 6–12 months, success would include: * Building strong relationships with your portfolio of clinic partners. * Maintaining fast response times and high partner satisfaction. * Delivering consistent and valuable monthly performance reviews. * Improving partner engagement and retention.
