Job Description

**Overview** Adil Child Therapy Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP). We are looking for a compassionate, collaborative professional who is committed to providing high\-quality, individualized behavioral health services to children and individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As a BCBA Specialist/QSP, you will provide clinical leadership for EIDBI services, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise EIDBI providers, monitor client progress, and collaborate closely with families and other members of the care team. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families while working in a supportive environment that values ethical practice, professional growth, collaboration, and client\-centered care. **Key Responsibilities** As a BCBA/QSP, you will: * Develop, monitor, update, approve, and sign Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) in accordance with EIDBI requirements. * Ensure that the ITP and EIDBI services reflect each person's and family's values, goals, preferences, culture, and language. * Assess client progress toward treatment goals and objectives and make clinically appropriate modifications based on data and treatment outcomes. * Provide clinical supervision and oversight of EIDBI services and providers across applicable provider levels. * Provide observation and direction to EIDBI providers as identified in the ITP. * Provide and oversee evidence\-based behavioral interventions consistent with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and the client's treatment plan. * Provide family/caregiver training and counseling based on the needs identified in the ITP. * Provide required clinical supervision, including one hour of clinical supervision for every 16 hours of direct treatment, unless otherwise authorized in the ITP. * Review and oversee clinical documentation, including case notes, treatment records, incident reports, and other required documentation. * Ensure services are delivered with appropriate clinical quality, treatment fidelity, and compliance with EIDBI requirements. * Participate in and coordinate coordinated care conferences as required. * Collaborate with parents/caregivers and other members of the client's care team to support continuity and quality of care. * Monitor data collection and use data to guide treatment decisions and measure client outcomes. * Document services and clinical activities accurately and in accordance with applicable requirements. * Perform all clinical responsibilities required by the Minnesota licensing/certification board and applicable EIDBI policies. * Assume professional responsibility for the clinical services provided by supervisees within the scope of the QSP role. * The QSP assumes full professional responsibility for the services provided by each supervisee. **Qualifications** **Required:** * Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). * Current Minnesota Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license. * Experience providing ABA services to children and/or individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities. * Strong understanding of behavior\-analytic principles, assessment, treatment planning, data analysis, and evidence\-based intervention. * Ability to provide effective clinical supervision and support to EIDBI providers. * Strong communication, organization, documentation, and collaboration skills. * Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, family\-centered, and person\-centered care. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working within the Minnesota EIDBI program. * Experience developing and overseeing EIDBI Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs). * Experience providing caregiver training, observation and direction, and clinical supervision. * Familiarity with Minnesota DHS EIDBI requirements and documentation standards.
