**Qualifications:** * A minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in a related field * Bachelor's Degree is BS Computer Science, Computer Programming, or Engineering preferred * Technical Skills: Frontend: Vue3, HTML, CSS, BootStrap, JavaScript; Backend: NodeJS, Rest APIs, Confluent Kafka, Event based programming; Database: Oracle SQL, Pl/Sql; Nice to have: Oracle HCM Cloud, Agentic AI * Testing: Test first mindset with experience in test automation, unit, functional, end\-to\-end, and regression testing. * Analytical and Problem Solving Skills: Ability to critically analyze and decompose complex technical requirements. Strong problem\-definition, requirements elicitation, impact analysis, and solution design skills. * Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non\-technical audiences. Capable of presenting ideas clearly and effectively. * Teamwork and Leadership: Collaborative and team\-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $82,000\.00 to $123,000\.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Join WWT today! **What will you be doing?** The IT Developer uses a broad range of functional and technical skills toward the build\-out and integration of custom WWT applications and third party vendor systems and products. This position plays a crucial role in the design, development, and deployment of software solutions. This employee will leverage their experience to contribute and help drive complex projects, collaborate with cross\-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high\-quality software products. This could involve co\-leading development efforts, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to strategic planning and execution. **Responsibilities:** * Applying and starting to lead and promote WWT Core Values and best practices. * Software Design and Development: Design, develop, and test software applications and features in accordance with requirements and standards. * Technical Leadership: Start taking ownership and accountability of complex technical challenges and providing effective solutions by demonstrating a deep understanding of relevant technologies, frameworks, and tools. * Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews with a focus on quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices, offering constructive feedback. Promote and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns within the team. * Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing including unit, integration, functional, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure software reliability and performance. * Technical Problem\-Solving: identifying and solving complex problems, proposing innovative solutions that enhance product functionality and performance. * Mentorship and Collaboration: Provide guidance and support to junior developers, helping them to develop their skills and navigate technical challenges. Share knowledge and best practices with team members to improve overall team competency. * Support and Troubleshooting: Offer ongoing support and consultation to address technical issues and ensure solutions meet end\-user needs. Provide guidance and direction on production issues. Start to monitor and look into support trends that can be addressed more proactively. * Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive technical and configuration documentation. Ensure that technical information is clearly communicated and issues are effectively managed. * Agile Methodology: Actively engage in Agile development practices including sprint planning, story creation, daily standups, testing, demos and retrospectives.
