Lead Java Developer

**ONLY W2, NO C2C.** **Lead Software Engineer – Java / Spring Boot / Kafka** We are seeking a **Lead Software Engineer** with 10\+ years of experience to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high\-performance applications. **Key Requirements:** * 10\+ years of software engineering experience. * Strong **Java 11\+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, and Spring Data** experience. * Strong **MS SQL / T\-SQL**, database optimization, indexing, and performance tuning. * Hands\-on experience with **Kafka and distributed microservices**. * Front\-end experience with **React, Angular, or Vue**. * Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams. * Experience with **Agile/Scrum** and technical architecture. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * **Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP** experience is a plus. **Responsibilities:** Lead technical design, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, drive engineering best practices, collaborate with product/architecture teams, and support hiring and delivery initiatives. Pay: $60\.00 \- $65\.00 per hour Expected hours: 40\.0 per week Work Location: Remote
