**Marketing \& Sales Coordinator**
**Compensation:** $45,000–$55,000 base salary, plus performance\-based incentive compensation. Total target compensation is expected to range from approximately **$60,000–$80,000**, depending on experience and performance.
**Location:** Fully remote, U.S.\-based position.
**Position Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented Marketing \& Sales Coordinator to support our marketing, sales, and early client relationship activities.
This is an execution\-focused role that helps keep marketing campaigns, lead follow\-up, CRM updates, sales coordination, and early client communications moving forward. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, comfortable with technology, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks without letting details fall through the cracks.
This role is not responsible for marketing strategy, branding, sales pitches, or formal client training. Instead, this person will support the day\-to\-day activities that help generate leads, manage prospects, coordinate sales activity, and support new clients during the first 30 to 60 days after a sale.
**Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Support**
* Write and edit content for email campaigns, social media posts, website updates, newsletters, and other marketing communications.
* Assist with creating simple graphics and visual assets for social media, email, and website content.
* Manage marketing contact lists, campaign lists, and audience segments.
* Prepare, schedule, and send email campaigns.
* Support social media posting, content scheduling, and basic engagement tracking.
* Update website content, blog posts, landing pages, and other digital materials as needed.
* Track marketing campaign activity, responses, and follow\-up needs.
* Help maintain marketing calendars, campaign task lists, and content schedules.
* Support general top\-of\-funnel marketing activities designed to create awareness, generate interest, and nurture leads.
**CRM and Lead Management**
* Maintain and update CRM records, including contacts, companies, leads, opportunities, notes, tasks, and activity history.
* Keep lead and prospect information accurate, complete, and current.
* Track lead status, next steps, follow\-up dates, and required actions.
* Maintain sales tracking documents, lead lists, and pipeline reports.
* Help ensure timely follow\-up with leads and prospects.
* Coordinate communication between marketing, sales, leadership, and internal team members.
**Sales Coordination**
* Schedule sales meetings, discovery calls, demos, presentations, and follow\-up meetings.
* Serve as a point of contact for prospects during parts of the sales process.
* Prepare agendas, recap notes, follow\-up emails, and action\-item lists.
* Help move prospects through the sales process by tracking tasks, deadlines, and next steps.
* Coordinate proposals, documents, forms, and supporting sales materials.
* Communicate with leads and prospects to gather information, answer basic questions, and keep the process moving.
* Track open sales tasks and help identify stalled opportunities or overdue follow\-ups.
**Early Client Support**
* Help coordinate the first 30 to 60 days after a new client sale.
* Serve as a coordination point between the client and internal team members.
* Track early client tasks, timelines, deliverables, meetings, and communications.
* Schedule kickoff or transition meetings.
* Collect required information, documents, and next steps from clients.
* Support a smooth transition from sales to training, implementation, or account management.
* Partner with team members responsible for formal client training and service delivery.
* Provide internal status updates on new client progress.
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
* Recent college graduates are welcome to apply.
* Internship, part\-time, campus organization, marketing, sales, customer service, administrative, or project coordination experience is a plus.
* Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
* Excellent organization and attention to detail.
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow\-ups.
* Comfortable using technology and learning new software tools.
* Experience with CRM systems, email marketing tools, Canva, social media platforms, website platforms, or project management tools is a plus.
* Professional, reliable, proactive, and comfortable communicating with prospects, clients, and internal team members.
* Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
**Preferred Tools or Experience**
Experience with any of the following is helpful but not required:
* HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar CRM tools
* Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot Marketing, or similar email platforms
* Canva or similar design tools
* WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or similar website platforms
* LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms
* Asana, Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar project/task management tools
* Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
**Compensation \& Benefits**
The base salary range for this position is **$45,000–$55,000**, depending on experience. This role is also eligible for performance\-based incentive compensation tied to measurable activities such as campaign execution, CRM accuracy, timely lead follow\-up, qualified meetings scheduled, sales coordination support, and early client transition milestones.
Total target compensation is expected to range from approximately **$60,000–$80,000**, depending on experience and performance.
**Success in This Role Looks Like**
* Marketing emails, social posts, and website updates are completed accurately and on time.
* CRM data is clean, current, and reliable.
* Leads and prospects receive timely follow\-up.
* Sales meetings, documents, and next steps are well coordinated.
* Sales and leadership teams have clear visibility into lead status and open tasks.
* New clients experience an organized and professional first 30 to 60 days.
* Details are tracked, deadlines are met, and nothing falls through the cracks.
Pay: $45,000\.00 \- $55,000\.00 per year
