Marketing & Social Media Manager (Part-Time)

**Holistic Wellness \& Psychiatry** is hiring a part\-time Marketing \& Social Media Manager to grow our presence across both of our locations — Cedar Rapids, Iowa and St. Thomas, USVI. We are an integrative psychiatry and wellness practice offering psychiatry, ketamine\-assisted psychotherapy, Spravato, functional medicine, and wellness services. We're growing thoughtfully and need someone who can help us tell our story well across digital channels. **What you'll do:** * Manage and grow our Facebook and Instagram accounts for both locations * Plan and create content (posts, stories, reels) that reflects our integrative, compassionate approach * Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice * Engage with our community — respond to comments and messages professionally and warmly * Support occasional email marketing, blog content, or local outreach as needed * Track basic engagement metrics and report monthly **What we're looking for:** * 2\+ years managing social media for a business or practice (healthcare or wellness experience a plus) * Strong writing skills with a warm, professional voice * Comfort with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools * Self\-directed and reliable — can work independently without daily check\-ins * Genuine interest in mental health, wellness, and integrative care * Bonus: photography/video skills, experience with USVI or Caribbean audiences, or familiarity with HIPAA\-compliant marketing **What we offer:** * Remote work, flexible hours (estimated 10–15 hours/week to start) * Meaningful work with a mission\-driven team * Competitive hourly pay based on experience * Opportunity to grow with the practice as we expand If you're a thoughtful, creative marketer who wants to help a growing integrative mental health practice reach more of the people who need us, we'd love to hear from you.
