Mobile Tech Lead (iOS)

**Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced Mobile Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of high\-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in iOS native development, along with exposure to cross\-platform mobile frameworks. While deep expertise in both native platforms is not mandatory, candidates who have worked with one native platform and cross\-platform technologies will be preferred. This role involves technical leadership, architecture decisions, mentoring developers, and ensuring scalable and high\-performance mobile solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the architecture, design, and development of mobile applications. * Build and maintain scalable mobile solutions across iOS and cross\-platform frameworks. * Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences. * Define best practices for mobile architecture, performance, security, and scalability. * Mentor and guide mobile developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing development standards. * Ensure mobile applications meet performance, usability, and quality benchmarks. * Drive adoption of modern mobile development practices including CI/CD and automated testing. * Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and services efficiently. **Required Qualifications :** * 6–10 years of experience in mobile application development. * Strong expertise in iOS (Swift / Objective\-C). * Experience working with cross\-platform frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, or Xamarin is highly desirable. * Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture). * Experience integrating REST APIs and third\-party services. * Strong knowledge of mobile performance optimization and debugging. * Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines. * Good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles. **Preferred Qualifications:** ● **Familiarity with Navitaire APIs** or systems used in the **travel/airline domain**. ● Understanding of **mobile security best practices**, including encryption, secure storage, and secure data transmission. ● Familiarity with **App Store optimization (ASO)** strategies and app performance monitoring tools like **Firebase Performance Monitoring** or **Xcode Instruments**. ● Contributions to **open\-source projects** or personal iOS apps published on the App Store is a plus. **Preferred Skills** * Experience leading or mentoring mobile development teams. * Exposure to both native and cross\-platform mobile ecosystems. * Experience publishing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. * Knowledge of mobile security best practices. **Ideal Candidate:** The ideal candidate will: ✔ Have strong expertise in iOS native platform ✔ Have working knowledge of cross\-platform technologies ✔ Be comfortable leading mobile architecture and teams Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $130,000\.00 \- $165,000\.00 per month Location: * Remote (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
