Multi\-Cloud Security \& Compliance Engineer **Experience:** 12 Years **Security Clearance:** Able to obtain Public Trust **Employment:** W2 / C2C / Full\-Time **Environment:** Federal / VA Cloud **Role Overview** Seeking a **Multi\-Cloud Security \& Compliance Engineer** responsible for securing and governing **GCP and OCI environments** while maintaining compliance with federal security requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Establish and enforce a unified security posture across **GCP and OCI**. * Define cloud security guardrails, baseline configurations and security controls. * Implement **Zero Trust** security principles. * Manage identity federation between cloud environments. * Implement least\-privilege IAM and role structures. * Configure centralized security monitoring. * Work with **GCP Security Command Center and OCI Cloud Guard**. * Integrate cloud logs, alerts and telemetry with enterprise monitoring/SIEM. * Identify vulnerabilities, policy deviations and architectural risks. * Implement remediation and continuous security improvements. * Ensure compliance with **FedRAMP High, FISMA and NIST 800\-53**. * Secure cloud infrastructure, containers, databases and encryption systems. * Harden CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure\-as\-Code. * Translate security frameworks into automated cloud guardrails. **Required Skills** * 12 years cloud security engineering, enterprise security architecture or compliance. * Strong **GCP \+ OCI security** experience. * IAM / Identity Federation / Least Privilege. * Zero Trust. * Security Command Center. * OCI Cloud Guard. * Cloud logging / monitoring / SIEM. * FedRAMP / FISMA / NIST 800\-53\. * Multi\-cloud governance. * DevSecOps / IaC security / CI/CD hardening. * Technical leadership experience. **GCP Security** * Organizations / Folders / Projects * IAM * Assured Workloads * GKE security * VPC Service Controls * Security Command Center * Cloud KMS / CMEK / HSM * External identity providers * SIEM / threat hunting **OCI Security** * Compartments * VCN / Security Lists * Maximum Security Zones * OCI IAM * Cloud Guard * Security Advisor * OCI Vault * Vulnerability Scanning * OCI Data Safe * Encryption / Key Management **Preferred** * Active Public Trust. * Federal / VA experience. * Security certifications from GCP, OCI, AWS or Azure. * Proven GCP \+ OCI unified security experience. * Assured Workloads / Zero Trust. * GKE security. * VPC Service Controls / OCI VCN. * SIEM and vulnerability management experience.
