Partnership Team Data Analyst

With a global presence and a vibrant community of travel advisors, we empower our members and partners to thrive in the dynamic travel industry. **Job Overview** We are seeking a detail\-oriented and analytical Partnership Team Data Analyst to analyze and interpret travel sales data that supports strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will transform data into meaningful insights, create reports and dashboards, identify trends, and collaborate with cross\-functional Partnership teams to improve business performance. **Duties** * Pulling reports from Sisense BI Tool (travel partner data) and finding trends for the Partnership \& Business Development Teams (basic knowledge of travel; basic understanding of data modeling; Sisense experience is a plus) * With AI assistance, building SQL queries of CRM Data for the benefit of the Partnership Teams (knowledge of AI tools such as Copilot, Claude; Ability to review SQL using basic skills of coding \& data modeling) * From the trends in either system, recommend specific agencies for follow\-up on override opportunities (knowledge of cruise industry; business analysis skills) and assist with business meeting presentations with performance data insights * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide actionable insights. * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence tools including Power BI and Sisense. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate findings to leadership. * Perform ad hoc data analysis to support business initiatives and decision\-making. * Assistance with auditing monthly reporting; transition to AI where possible. * Manually updating new alignments each month from destination fields in partner reports and developing automation to reduce manual data updates. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, information systems, business, or a related field. * 2\+ years of experience in the travel industry in a data analysis role. * Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, and Sisense. * Microsoft Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, charts, pivot tables, and macros. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and critical\-thinking skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. **Technical Skills** * Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Sisense (Python a plus) * Data visualization and dashboard development * Statistical analysis **Soft Skills** * Strong attention to detail * Critical thinking \& problem solving * Time management * Collaboration and teamwork * Effective communication * Business acumen **Key Performance Indicators** * Accuracy and timeliness of reports * Dashboard adoption and stakeholder satisfaction * Reduction in manual reporting processes * Actionable insights that support business objectives Full\-time, exempt, remote position.
