Job Description

Minneapolis Integrative Medicine Center is hiring a Patient Growth Concierge to support new patient intake and re\-engagement in our growing integrative medicine clinic. This role is the first point of contact for patients and focuses on guiding them into care through warm, consultative communication and consistent follow\-up. This is a newly created, high\-ownership role in a privately owned, founder\-led practice where adaptability and initiative are key. ### **About Minneapolis Integrative Medicine Center** At Minneapolis Integrative Medicine Center we take a different approach to patient care, integrating wellness, nutrition and prevention into everyday clinical practice. We use in\-depth testing including microbiome, genomics, and hormone testing routinely, and we prioritize longer appointment times with patients so you are able to spend meaningful time with your patients becoming their partner in health. ### **Description** **Position Type:** Hourly, Non\-Exempt **Schedule:** Part\-Time, 20 hours per week with opportunity to grow as the role expands. Monday through Friday availability is required, with scheduled hours falling between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST. **Work Setting:** In clinic or Remote / Hybrid Eligible **About Minneapolis Integrative Medicine Center** ------------------------------------------------- Minneapolis Integrative Medicine Center (MIMC) is a premier cash\-pay integrative medicine clinic in the Twin Cities, founded by Dr. Cassie Wilder. We combine the evidence\-informed rigor of naturopathic and functional medicine with the whole\-person care model that today's patients are actively seeking. Our patients are motivated, health\-forward individuals investing meaningfully in their long\-term wellbeing and they deserve a first\-touch experience that reflects that. We are growing and building a high\-performing team to support that growth with intention. **Position Overview** --------------------- The Patient Growth Concierge is often the first voice a patient hears at MIMC. This is a high\-impact, relationship\-driven role that spans the full patient relationship lifecycle: helping prospective patients confidently begin care and helping past patients reconnect when ready. This is a consultative sales and relationship role focused on converting new inquiries and re\-engaging past patients. The Patient Growth Concierge is a skilled communicator and consultative sales professional who educates, guides, and nurtures patients at every stage — whether they are exploring MIMC for the first time or finding their way back after a gap in care. This is a newly created role within a privately owned, founder\-led integrative medicine clinic as we continue to scale. We are building intentionally and evolving our systems in real time. If you are energized by purposeful conversations, thrive in a goal\-oriented environment, and are passionate about connecting people to meaningful healthcare — this role was designed for you. **Core Responsibilities** ------------------------- **Patient Acquisition \& Discovery** * Own the inbound call experience for all prospective patients — answering promptly, warmly, and with fluency in our services and patient journey * Conduct structured discovery calls to assess patient fit, understand health goals, and articulate the MIMC care model with clarity and confidence * Educate prospective patients on our integrative medicine approach, care philosophy, and service offerings * Address patient concerns and objections with empathy and expertise, guiding them toward a confident decision to move forward * Convert qualified prospects into booked Wellness Assessment appointments **CRM \& Patient Journey Management** * Maintain accurate, timely records of all prospect interactions within the clinic CRM system * Execute strategic nurture sequences for prospective patients who are not yet ready to book — following up at meaningful touchpoints via phone, email, and text * Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless handoff from inquiry to booked appointment **Lapsed Patient Reengagement** * Identify and proactively reach out to lapsed patients who have disengaged from care * Approach reengagement conversations with sensitivity, meeting patients where they are and removing barriers to returning to their clinical journey * Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to prepare personalized reengagement pathways **Patient Experience \& Satisfaction** * Serve as a brand ambassador for MIMC in every interaction — warm, professional, and aligned with our values * Gather feedback from prospective and lapsed patients to identify friction points in the intake experience * Escalate patient concerns or complex situations appropriately to clinic leadership **Qualifications** ------------------ **Required** * 2\+ years of experience in a sales, patient concierge, patient coordinator, or consultative customer service role * Demonstrated ability to overcome objections and close consultative conversations with integrity * Exceptional phone communication skills — professional, warm, and confident * Experience working within a CRM platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) * High level of organization and ability to manage a multi\-touch outreach pipeline independently * Comfort with metrics and accountability — you know your numbers and take ownership of outcomes * Empathy\-forward communication style with the ability to navigate sensitive healthcare conversations * Remote/hybrid candidates must maintain a HIPAA\-compliant home workspace — this includes a private, dedicated work area with a secure internet connection where patient conversations cannot be overheard. **Strongly Preferred** * Background or genuine interest in integrative medicine, functional medicine, naturopathic medicine, or holistic wellness * Experience in a healthcare, wellness, or concierge medicine setting * Familiarity with cash\-pay or elective healthcare models * Prior experience with patient reactivation or reengagement outreach **What Success Looks Like** --------------------------- In your first 30 days, you will become fluent in the MIMC care model, our service offerings, and our patient intake process. By 60 days, you are independently managing inbound discovery calls and actively working both a new patient nurture pipeline and a lapsed patient reengagement outreach list. By 90 days, you are a full owner of the patient relationship funnel — tracking your conversion rate, refining your outreach approach, and contributing meaningfully to clinic growth. We will measure success through booked Wellness Assessments, contact\-to\-booking conversion rate, follow\-up completion rates, and patient satisfaction feedback. We will also value how you show up — for patients, for the team, and for the mission. **Compensation \& Benefits** ---------------------------- * $23–25/hour commensurate with experience, plus monthly performance\-based bonus opportunities tied to clinic growth and new patient conversion performance. * Minneapolis, MN preferred (Twin Cities area). Remote candidates considered in select states.
