Job Description

**About Life Pediatric Endocrinology** * **DO NOT APPLY ON THE WEBSITE! YOU WILL BE DENIED** * **Nurse Practitioners ONLY** Life Pediatric Endocrinology is a nationally recognized concierge pediatric endocrinology practice redefining the standard in pediatric hormone, growth, and puberty care. Founded by Dr. Toni Kim and Zach Bradley, Life was intentionally built to deliver a level of access, precision, responsiveness, and patient experience that families often cannot find within traditional healthcare systems. Our physicians and care teams specialize in growth, puberty, hormone health, metabolic care, and complex pediatric endocrine conditions, serving families nationwide through an elevated, relationship\-driven model of care. Our model combines expert medicine with hospitality\-level service. We believe families deserve thoughtful communication, seamless coordination, and a team that genuinely cares. Every interaction matters. We are growing rapidly and are looking for someone who naturally brings warmth, positivity, professionalism, and urgency into every conversation. This is not a traditional scheduling role. This is a patient experience role disguised as scheduling. **About This Role** We are seeking a highly organized, upbeat, hospitality\-minded Scheduler / Patient Experience Coordinator to join our remote operations team full\-time. Scheduling will be the primary responsibility of this role, but the ideal candidate understands that exceptional service is about much more than simply placing appointments on a calendar. You will serve as one of the first impressions of our practice and help create a calm, seamless, elevated experience for families navigating important moments in their child’s healthcare journey. Our ideal candidate operates with the professionalism and attentiveness of a concierge or high\-end executive assistant. You are proactive, emotionally intelligent, detail\-oriented, and naturally positive. You believe problems are meant to be solved, not passed along. You stay upbeat under pressure. You communicate clearly and confidently. You make things happen. **What You’ll Do** * Coordinate and schedule patient consultations and follow\-up appointments * Manage provider calendars with exceptional accuracy and organization * Serve as a warm, responsive point of contact for current and prospective families * Communicate professionally through phone, email, and text messaging * Help families navigate scheduling logistics with ease and confidence * Maintain a high level of responsiveness and follow\-through * Ensure every patient interaction reflects the standards and culture of Life * Work collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and leadership teams * Help improve scheduling workflows and operational efficiency over time * Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times **Who You Are** * Naturally upbeat, warm, and positive * Exceptional customer service and communication skills * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Calm under pressure and able to multitask efficiently * Hospitality\-minded with a genuine desire to help people * Proactive and solutions\-oriented * Tech\-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly * Able to work independently in a fast\-paced remote environment * Professional in both written and verbal communication * Someone who takes pride in creating an exceptional experience for others **Preferred Experience** * Prior scheduling, concierge, hospitality, executive assistant, legal or healthcare coordination experience preferred * Experience in a medical office, concierge practice, luxury hospitality, or high\-touch customer service environment is a major plus **What We Offer** * Fully remote position * Full\-time employment * Competitive compensation based on experience * 401(k) * Paid time off * Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding national practice * A collaborative, mission\-driven, high\-performance culture * The ability to meaningfully impact children and families across the country **Our Standard** At Life, we believe excellence is not an act. It is a standard. We are building a team of people who care deeply, communicate thoughtfully, move quickly, and hold themselves to a higher level of professionalism and service. If you are energized by creating exceptional experiences, solving problems proactively, and being part of a growing team that is redefining healthcare, we would love to hear from you. Pay: $95,000\.00 \- $115,000\.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Paid time off Application Question(s): * Are you a Certified\-Pediatric Nurse Practitioner? Work Location: Remote
