Product Manager

NOW HIRING: Technical Product Manager \- AI **Remote \| $116,984–$146,230 Annually** This is an opportunity for an experienced product manager to lead the development and execution of AI\-powered technology initiatives across the business. You'll work directly with developers, data science teams, and business stakeholders to turn AI opportunities into real products and solutions, from customer\-facing AI features to internal automation tools. If you have experience in product management, AI/ML, and e\-commerce, this could be an opportunity worth exploring. What You'll Be Doing * Own the AI product roadmap, including customer\-facing AI features, personalization, recommendations, and automated self\-service tools. * Lead the development of AI\-powered solutions from initial concept through production launch. * Identify business opportunities where AI can create measurable value. * Partner with developers, data scientists, and engineering teams to build and deploy AI products. * Write technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria using JIRA and Confluence. * Design experiments and A/B tests to measure AI product performance. * Track key performance metrics, including accuracy, engagement, conversion, and response times. * Champion responsible AI practices around privacy, security, fairness, and quality. * Develop training materials and documentation to help teams adopt AI tools. * Stay up to date on emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to implement them. What They're Looking For * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. * 5–8 years of product management experience. * At least 2 years leading AI/ML or data\-driven product initiatives. * E\-commerce product management experience is strongly preferred. * Knowledge of Large Language Models, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic workflows, recommendation systems, search, ranking, and personalization. * Experience working with data science and machine learning engineering teams. * Technical understanding of APIs, data schemas, and system architecture. * Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. **I** Pay: $113,000\.00 \- $150,000\.00 per year Work Location: Remote
