QA Test Lead / Test Manager

We pride ourselves on being adaptive—embracing new technologies, methodologies, and processes to meet evolving business needs. **Job Summary** AdaptiveStack Technologies is seeking a QA Test Lead / Test Manager to support a large\-scale modernization of a federal contact center platform serving Medicare and Health Insurance Marketplace consumers. The program is replacing a heavily customized legacy CRM with a modern, cloud\-native, AI\-enabled platform, shifting contact center operations from a reactive, transaction\-based model to a proactive, intelligence\-driven service model that supports millions of consumer interactions across voice, chat, and other channels each year. This role owns the test strategy and master test plan for the program and leads a cross\-functional testing team through a SAFe Agile, two\-week sprint cadence, supporting Go/No\-Go decisions and production releases as the platform moves from proof of concept through full rollout and ongoing operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Own and maintain the program's test strategy and master test plan, including test schedule, entry/exit criteria, defect management process, and roles and responsibilities across the program. * Lead sprint test planning, working with Product Owners and technical teams to estimate testing effort, identify test scenarios, and define acceptance criteria. * Chair and support sprint reviews, Go/No\-Go gate reviews, and production readiness assessments, providing testing summaries, defect status, and release recommendations. * Prepare and submit the monthly status report (SLA compliance, milestones, and risks) per the SOW deliverables schedule. * Oversee requirements traceability across user stories, test cases, and defects, and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)**.** * Coordinate the automation, functional/regression, integration/API, performance, accessibility, data migration, and AI/ML validation testers to ensure integrated sprint and release coverage. * Represent the testing function in Government and Prime Contractor reviews, including sprint reviews, technical reviews, and UAT support. * Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, automation coverage, and quality metrics through sprint retrospectives. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (additional years of relevant experience may substitute for degree) * 10\+ years of software quality assurance experience, including test strategy development and test\-team leadership on Federal IT programs * Experience leading testing on Agile/SAFe programs run in two\-week sprint cadences * Experience producing test strategy, master test plan, and Go/No\-Go readiness documentation for a Government customer * Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting to Government and prime contractor stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications** * ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager or ASQ Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) * Experience testing Salesforce CRM or a similar case\-management platform * Experience supporting CMS, Medicare, or Health Insurance Marketplace programs **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Preferred) Join us to lead innovative quality assurance initiatives that elevate our software solutions!
