Release Train Engineer - SAFe Certified

With a focus on sustainable growth and community engagement, the company fosters a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement. **Job Summary** We are looking for a **SAFe Certified Release Train Engineer (RTE)** to facilitate Agile Release Trains (ARTs), drive PI Planning, and ensure effective delivery across multiple Agile teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Facilitate **PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, and Inspect \& Adapt** sessions. * Coordinate dependencies, risks, impediments, and delivery across multiple teams. * Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams on **SAFe practices**. * Track PI objectives, milestones, metrics, and overall ART performance. * Collaborate with Product Management and Business Owners to ensure alignment. * Promote continuous improvement, Lean\-Agile practices, and effective value delivery. **Required Skills:** * **SAFe Certified RTE** certification. * Strong experience with **SAFe, Agile, Scrum, and Lean\-Agile** methodologies. * Hands\-on experience with **PI Planning and ART execution**. * Experience with **Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools**. * Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Pay: $40\.00 \- $45\.00 per hour Expected hours: 40\.0 per week Work Location: Remote
