Sales Closer — Developer Partner Recruitment

ALTUS Lead Generation is a Washington, DC\-based B2B company. We connect small businesses that need web development work with a network of vetted developer and agency partners. This role is focused on growing that partner side of the business: closing web development companies, agencies, and freelance developers into our partner program. These are warm leads — you're not cold\-calling strangers. Every prospect you're given has already put time on the calendar and taken an intro call about ALTUS, so they know who we are and what we offer going in. Your job is to run the conversation from there, handle questions and objections, and close. **What you'll do:** * Take warm, pre\-booked calls with developers/agencies who've already expressed interest and met with ALTUS * Pitch ALTUS's partner offering clearly — what it costs, what they get, and why it beats hiring their own sales team or chasing leads themselves * Handle objections and questions about pricing and terms confidently * Run the conversation from that intro call through signed partner agreement * Coordinate a smooth handoff to our team once a partner signs **What we're looking for:** * Demonstrated success closing B2B deals, ideally with agencies, freelancers, or service\-based businesses * Confidence running a pitch/close call without needing to generate the lead yourself * Organized enough to manage your own pipeline and follow up consistently without being chased * Comfortable with a fully commission\-based structure * Familiarity with the web development or digital agency space is a plus, not required **Location:** Remote **Pay:** 100% Commission *If you meet the requirements, send your resume it info@workwithaltus.com and available start date.* Pay: $45,785\.10 \- $66,455\.66 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote
