You will work closely with our certification content team to build hands\-on lab environments. #### **Responsibilities** * Architect and develop smart contracts on Ethereum, Polygon, and Solana * Build and maintain decentralized application prototypes for training labs * Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers * Collaborate with curriculum designers to ensure technical accuracy * Research emerging blockchain protocols and contribute to internal knowledge base #### **Requirements** * 5\+ years of professional software development experience * 3\+ years working with Solidity, Rust, or Move * Deep understanding of EVM, consensus mechanisms, and DeFi protocols * Experience with Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle development frameworks * Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts
