Job Description

**Senior Marketing Manager \- AccessHope** At AccessHope, we’re Fighting cancer with everything we know™ by putting the ever\-growing body of cancer knowledge to work for the greater good. Through a revolutionary employer health benefit offering, we remotely connect employees with cancer support services from National Cancer Institute (NCI)–Designated Comprehensive Cancer Centers. Instead of requiring those who have been diagnosed with cancer to come to the centers for renowned cancer expertise, AccessHope brings their support to the patient and their local oncologist—wherever they’re located—to improve care, outcomes, and value. Hopeful for those we support, rebellious in our approach, and collaborative by breaking down barriers, AccessHope is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to help us uniquely deploy the latest cancer knowledge to the places it’s needed most. As an ideal candidate, you’ll thrive at the intersection of commercial strategy and product storytelling. This role sits at the center of how AccessHope competes and grows — owning the content, tools, and training that empower our commercial team to win, the positioning and messaging that differentiates us in the market, and the go\-to\-market execution that brings new products and capabilities to life. This is not a support role. You will be an embedded commercial partner who shapes how AccessHope goes to market, how deals get closed, and how new capabilities land in the world. **Key responsibilities** * Commercial Enablement + Build and maintain a world\-class commercial enablement library: pitch decks, one\-pagers, case studies, competitive battlecards, and objection\-handling guides + Develop and own value\-framing tools and business case assets that help buyers quantify the impact of AccessHope for their member populations + Partner closely with sales leadership and account executives to understand deal dynamics and translate them into targeted content and messaging + Create buyer journey maps and segment\-specific content paths (health plans, employers, health systems) to support full\-funnel deal progression + Design and run training sessions on new products, positioning, and messaging; maintain a living commercial playbook + Collaborate with market access and clinical teams to translate complex clinical value into commercially compelling narratives + Track and measure enablement effectiveness — win rates, content usage, deal velocity — and iterate accordingly * Competitive Positioning, Packaging \& Messaging + Own AccessHope’s competitive market positioning — defining how we differentiate from alternatives and articulate our unique value across buyer segments + Lead ongoing competitive intelligence: monitor the landscape, synthesize insights, and translate them into actionable positioning guidance for the commercial team + Develop and maintain messaging frameworks, value propositions, and naming conventions for AccessHope’s products and solutions + Design packaging and tiering strategies that make it easy for buyers to understand and select the right AccessHope offering + Partner with product and clinical leadership to ensure positioning reflects real product differentiation and resonates with how buyers evaluate solutions + Pressure\-test messaging with buyers, sales teams, and market research to continuously sharpen how AccessHope shows up in the market * Go\-to\-Market Execution + Own end\-to\-end GTM planning and execution for new product and feature launches, including new care pathways, platform enhancements, buyer tools, and market expansions + Develop launch plans with clear goals, timelines, cross\-functional owners, and success metrics; run launch readiness reviews and hold stakeholders accountable + Adapt core messaging, materials, and go\-to\-market approaches for new buyer segments, geographies, and product configurations + Coordinate across product, sales, clinical, and operations to align internal stakeholders and ensure a cohesive market debut + Conduct market research and synthesis to inform launch strategy and surface new differentiation opportunities **Required qualifications*** Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. 4 years plus minimum experience may substitute for minimum education requirements. * 6\+ years of B2B marketing experience, with significant time in commercial enablement, product marketing, and/or competitive strategy * Demonstrated track record of building high\-impact commercial enablement programs that measurably improved sales performance * Experience owning and executing go\-to\-market launches for new products, features, or market expansions * Exceptional written communication skills — you write clear, compelling, audience\-aware content from executive summaries to detailed battle cards * Experience developing ROI models, value calculators, or quantitative business case tools for complex B2B sales * Comfortable operating in a cross\-functional environment with product, sales, and clinical or technical stakeholders * Strong project management discipline — you can run multiple workstreams, hit deadlines, and hold others accountable **Preferred qualifications** * Master’s Degree in a related field * 7\-10 years of B2B marketing experience, with significant time in commercial enablement, product marketing, and/or competitive strategy * Background in healthcare, health tech, or a mission\-driven organization in the health plan, employer benefits, or health system space * Experience marketing to or through health plans, self\-insured employers, or benefits consultants/brokers * Exposure to international marketing or product localization efforts * Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) * Experience working with or alongside a small\-but\-growing commercial team where you’ve had to build programs from the ground up **Additional Information** * Virtual within the continental U.S.; support or collaboration across multiple time zones; may include travel up to 25% * AccessHope is proud to offer a range of benefits to support your health, finances, and work\-life balance, including: + Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage + 401(k) Plan with Employer Match + Paid Time Off (PTO) + Parental Leave + Short\-Term Disability + Voluntary Benefits (e.g., life insurance, additional coverage options) + Remote work schedule We’re dedicated to helping our employees thrive in all aspects of life. The estimated pay scale represents the typical pay range AccessHope reasonably expects to pay for this position, with offers determined based on several factors which may include, but not be limited to, the candidate’s experience, expertise, skills, education, job scope, training, internal equity, geography/market, etc. This pay scale applies to the current posting only. AccessHope is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, identity, age, status as a protected veteran, or status as a qualified individual with disability.
