Senior .NET Developer and Solutions Architect with Server-Side Blazor strongly preferred

In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and our development teams — translating complex business needs into scalable, secure, and high\-performing technical solutions. You will contribute to project delivery from inception through deployment, ensuring every sprint, milestone, and deliverable is well\-defined, technically sound, and aligned with strategic goals. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage the full software development lifecycle from concept and design through implementation and application maintenance * Architect, develop, and maintain secure, high\-performance web and mobile applications using .NET and Server\-Side Blazor * Design and administer SQL Server databases, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning * Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address performance and responsiveness issues * Mentor junior developers in design patterns, dependency injection, and service abstraction best practices * Collaborate closely with development teams and business stakeholders to assist in the design of functional specifications * Support configuration management, deployment setup, and production troubleshooting * Apply Security by Design principles across all development activities * Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of development standards * Work within a sprint\-based, Agile delivery model aligned to project milestones **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** * 10\+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong track record in complex, enterprise\-level applications * Advanced, hands\-on .NET development experience; Server\-Side Blazor strongly preferred * SQL Server 2015 or later, including database design and administration * Microsoft Entity Framework 8 or higher * Strong application architecture skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs * Security by Design principles and practices * Experience with application performance monitoring and tuning * Deployment of .NET applications to IIS * Ability to own and contribute to project documentation across the full development lifecycle * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with a detail\-oriented mindset * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders * Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality work under deadlines * Self\-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment, while thriving as a collaborative team member * Familiarity with AI\-assisted development tools is a plus **WHAT WE OFFER** * Collaborative, mission\-driven culture with genuine growth opportunities. * Competitive base salary commensurate with experience. * Flexible remote work arrangements. * Monthly Allowance Pay: $140,000\.00 \- $170,000\.00 per year Application Question(s): * Do you have strong application architecture skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs?
