Our team collaborates cross\-functionally to drive awareness, adoption, and retention across the Zoom portfolio. We focus relentlessly on outcomes and business impact throughout the customer lifecycle. **Responsibilities** * Managing content calendars and scheduling posts across all platforms while coordinating with team members to maintain consistent publishing frequency * Creating engaging written and visual content that aligns with brand voice using design and video editing tools * Monitoring social channels for brand mentions and emerging trends, engaging audiences in a timely and authentic manner * Tracking performance metrics and preparing monthly reports that inform content strategy and demonstrate business impact * Collaborating with marketing team members on campaigns and identifying cultural moments for content opportunities **What we’re looking for** * Demonstrate 0\-2 years of professional social media experience through internships, student organizations, or personal projects * Apply knowledge of major social media platforms, their best practices, and optimal posting strategies * Create visual content using design tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar platforms * Edit photo and video content using tools like Capcut or similar video editing software * Write clear, engaging copy with strong attention to detail and brand voice consistency * Use social media management tools, with Sprout Social experience preferred * Leverage AI creation tools and write effective prompts for content generation * Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent practical experience **Salary Range or On Target Earnings:** Minimum: $64,300\.00 Maximum: $128,600\.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications \& experience.
