Your future role at a glance: **Location:** Remote**Department:** Dispensary of Hope Information Systems**Schedule:** Monday\-Friday \| Full\-time\| 8:00am\-5:00pm central time**Salary:** $96,208\.99\-$134,109\.89 per year How you'll make an impact in this role: * 5\+ years building production React applications and strong TypeScript proficiency * Deep experience with modern React (hooks, Suspense, code\-splitting) and a router library. Experience integrating with REST APIs and handling async/loading/error states * Hands\-on experience with a utility\-first CSS framework and building/maintaining a design system * Production experience with a data visualization library (Recharts, D3, Chart.js, or similar) * Practical web performance optimization experience — and how to measure, implement, and audit WCAG accessibility standards What minimum qualifications you'll need: Education:* High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
