You will own the design system and work closely with engineering to deliver pixel\-perfect, accessible interfaces. #### **Responsibilities** * Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications * Maintain and evolve the Blockchain Council design system * Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments * Create wireframes, prototypes, and high\-fidelity mockups in Figma * Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure design fidelity #### **Requirements** * 3\+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio * Expert\-level proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools * Experience designing for edtech, SaaS, or marketplace products * Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2\.1\) * Familiarity with HTML/CSS and frontend component libraries
