We exist to drive growth and deliver measurable impact for our regions. **Responsibilities** * Building regional marketing strategies that align with sales priorities and drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth * Designing and executing demand generation programs across events, sponsorships, virtual experiences, and integrated campaigns * Partnering with sales leadership, account teams, and channel partners to create marketing plans that support territory objectives * Analyzing campaign performance using data and insights to optimize tactics and maximize return on investment * Managing quarterly regional marketing budgets and communicating results, trends, and recommendations to leadership **What we’re looking for** * Demonstrate 5\+ years of field marketing experience in software or technology environments * Execute demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue in enterprise markets * Manage projects, budgets, and cross\-functional stakeholder relationships effectively * Analyze \& report on campaign data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing performance * Build collaborative relationships with sales teams, partners, and customers * Apply knowledge of intent analytics and marketing gifting platforms to support account\-based marketing initiatives **Salary Range or On Target Earnings:** Minimum: $76,800\.00 Maximum: $186,200\.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications \& experience.
