A sacred pause to transform your well\-being with \*wholistic (a focus on the whole self) lifestyle practices that nourish your mind, spirit, body, and relationships. ***Position Summary:*** The **UX/UI Design Intern will assist with website maintenance and enhancements**, as well as creating website layout designs for product/class promotions. We’re looking for a true self\-starter who is comfortable working autonomously and in a cross\-functional environment. ***Time Commitment:*** * Approximately **10\-15 hours/week** (Occasional weekend support as needed, however rare unless preferred), minimum of 1 term (3 months), a commitment of multiple terms preferred. * Interns' working hours are 100% virtual from home. **Must be available for the Topia All Hands Meeting** on **Tuesdays** at **7:30 PM Eastern Standard Time.** ***Internship Milestones \& Review:*** To support mutual fit and a positive experience for both the intern and Topia, all internships include an initial **30\-day introductory period**. During their first week of onboarding, interns are expected to schedule a **30\-day check\-in review** with the CEO. This conversation focuses on feedback, growth, expectations, and overall alignment moving forward. ***Essential duties, responsibilities, and projects:*** * Website development and maintenance for WIX site. * UX/Client experience enhancements. * Assistance in scheduling and calendar pages with Zoom integrations. * SEO updates. * Client and marketing email automation. * Perform necessary updates and troubleshoot website operational issues. * Create an attractive, branded website layout that incorporates the colors, themes, and visual design that best represent the company. * Possible production of product videos – script writing, screen capture, and graphic design. * Create digital assets, including but not limited to images, flyers, surveys, catalogs, banners, marketing advertisements, and promotional materials. * Perform additional duties as required. ***Requirements:*** * Currently enrolled in a college or certification program, or a recent graduate in; software development/web design program or related preferred. * Strong graphics skills and proficiency in the use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, Canva. * Knowledge and experience of WIX preferred. * Knowledge of variable data processing is a plus. * Works independently, multitasks, and maintains excellent attention to detail. * A creative thinker with excellent interpersonal, communication, analytic, and problem\-solving skills. ***Standard Intern Requirements:*** * Daily Slack updates starting the 1st week (on working days) * Our internships are 100% virtual. * Interns are 100% responsible for checking in (on Slack) at their agreed\-upon start time for their scheduled workdays.
