Thanks!** \*\*\*We will exclude applications without the requested cover letter**\*\*\*** **Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and detail\-oriented Medical Scribe/Assistant to support healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient encounters and assisting with our Patient Care Management program. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, along with excellent real time transcription skills. The position is ideal for individuals passionate about healthcare documentation and medical support services. **Key Responsibilities** * Transcribe physician\-patient interactions in real\-time using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) . * Record patient history, symptoms, physical exam, diagnosis and treatment plants * Enter orders for labs, imaging studies, medications and referrals as instructed * Review documentation with provider after the visit. * Assist with the clinic's Patient Care Management program **\*\*Must have a fast and reliable internet connection\*\*** **Skills** * Proficiency in transcription with excellent typing speed. * Prior experience working in a medical office environment or healthcare setting is highly desirable. * Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems. * Solid understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast\-paced environments. * Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with healthcare providers, patients, and administrative staff.
