**Arbitration Submission Specialist — Federal IDR** **Remote \| Puerto Rico \| Part\-Time** **MVM Management Company** MVM Management Company is hiring a Puerto Rico\-based Arbitration Submission Specialist to prepare and submit cases through the federal Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) process under the No Surprises Act. We need someone who can manage time\-sensitive submissions, organize supporting records, and keep cases moving without missed deadlines. **Responsibilities** Review assigned cases for submission readiness using our established requirements. Prepare and submit arbitration cases through the applicable portals. Organize claim records, payment information, negotiation correspondence, and supporting documents. Coordinate with the team preparing briefs and supporting materials. Track submission deadlines, case status, fees, and requests for additional information. Monitor assigned case correspondence and promptly flag required actions. Maintain complete submission records and clear case trackers. Escalate missing documents or potential eligibility issues before submission. **Qualifications** Experience with federal IDR submissions under the No Surprises Act. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Experience with U.S. medical billing or healthcare arbitration. Strong written English and spreadsheet skills. Ability to handle confidential information and work independently. Based in Puerto Rico and authorized to work in the United States. **Schedule and compensation** Part\-time, with availability during U.S. Eastern business hours.
