RemoteFull TimeAccounting \& Finance **What we are looking for** --------------------------- We are seeking an Entrata Bookkeeper to join our team and assist with various bookkeeping and accounting tasks for our clients. **Job duties** -------------- * Assist with monthly bookkeeping tasks, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable * Support client communication and inquiries under the guidance of senior bookkeepers * Contribute to the month\-end closing process and report generation * Assist with new property set\-ups, move\-outs, owner draws, and management fees * Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines **Requirements** ---------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance * At least 1 year of experience working with Entrata * At least 1 year of experience in real estate accounting/finance, ideally at an accounting firm working on real estate clients or directly at a real estate investment/development company * Solid understanding of real estate accounting principles * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and meet deadlines * Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal * Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate accounting field * Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools (Slack, Clickup, Workspace) **Location and schedule** ------------------------- This is a virtual (remote), full\-time role that demands availability between 8am\-5pm CST Monday\-Friday for candidates based in the Philippines, Argentina, Mexico and/or Colombia. **About REA** ------------- At REA, we're a fast\-growing, technology\-driven accounting company dedicated exclusively to the real estate industry.
