1099 independent contractor position.

Comission Only.

70/30 Split for new business.

50/50 on first year renewals/endorsements.

30/70 on second year renewals.

We will handle all service work, so you can focus on costumer outreach and selling.

Need to be willing to make 100-200 calls per day.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. Must be licensed and have 1 year of expereince. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales (Transportation Insurance Expereince is a plus), excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients understand their insurance needs. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, providing expert advice on insurance products, and ensuring that customers receive the best coverage tailored to their individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through outside sales efforts and networking.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance products.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to meet client requirements.
• Manage sales administration tasks including processing applications and maintaining accurate records.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilize marketing strategies to promote insurance products and expand client base.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
• Assist clients with benefits administration and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and generate leads.
• Leverage analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or retail sales environments.
• Trucking Insurance experience.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade clients effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective client interaction.
• Familiarity with insurance sales processes and products is a plus.
• Proficient in sales administration tasks including documentation and record keeping.
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to the insurance industry is beneficial.
