Job Description
About PlayGo
PlayGo is building a mobile app where young casual gamers don’t just play games — they make them with friends.
Think TikTok energy, but for mini games:
- Play together: Jump into quick 1–2 minute multiplayer rounds with friends. Between rounds, anyone can request wild real-time changes so the next round gets weirder, funnier, and more competitive.
- Discover \& remix: Browse a feed of short community-made games tailored to you — then remix them into your own version.
- Create \& direct: Describe a game in text, drop in images or music, and AI builds a playable game. Want changes? Open the game map, circle what you want fixed, leave notes — AI updates it while you keep playing and sharing.
We’re early-stage, moving fast, and looking for someone who can help us find our first true fans.

The Role
You’ll own early-user acquisition and Discord energy. High ownership: plan the week, execute hard, show results.
What you’ll do
1. Recruit early users from Reddit, Discord, social platforms, and forums — authentic outreach that converts to signups and real play.
2. Design \& run Discord events that boost engagement and pull in fast product feedback.
3. Playtest and send clear feedback to engineering so we ship better, faster.
You’ll also
- Map the best communities for casual gamers and creators
- Write outreach that fits each community (no spammy blast culture)
- Track what works and double down
- Stay hands-on with the product
Who you are
- High-output self-starter (not a passive presence job)
- Deep in gamer / creator culture online
- Strong skills with AI tools
- Experience running Discord events or similar engagement loops
- Clear communicator with engineering-ready notes
