Creative Graphic Designer & Brand Strategist

**About us** BHRC is a multi\-location aesthetics and wellness brand offering injectables, laser and skin treatments, hormone therapy, peptides and medical\-grade skincare. We run campaigns every week across paid social, email, SMS, web, in\-clinic print and retail, and we need one designer who owns how all of it looks. **The role** You'll be our in\-house creative lead. You design most of what we make each day, and you protect and develop the BHRC brand so every clinic, ad and email looks like it came from the same place. You work directly with the Director of Growth and the marketing team. You'll handle a high volume of work, and quality still has to be high. **What you'll do** * Design paid social creative for Meta and Google: static, carousel, story and short motion ads, with multiple variations for testing * Design email campaigns, SMS graphics, landing page and website graphics, and promotional banners * Produce print collateral: service menus, brochures, price sheets, window clings, flyers, event signage and in\-clinic TV slides * Retouch and edit treatment, product, lifestyle and provider photography * Own and evolve the BHRC brand system (type, color, layout, photo direction and templates) and keep it consistent across all locations * Build reusable templates so the wider team can produce on\-brand work quickly * Bring creative concepts for monthly promotions, launches and seasonal campaigns, and turn them into a full set of assets * Use ad performance data to see which creative works and improve on it **What you need** * **A portfolio is required.** Applications without a portfolio link will not be considered. * 3\+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in\-house or at an agency * Expert in **Adobe Creative Suite**: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign are a must, and After Effects or Premiere is a strong plus * Strong typography, layout and color skills, with taste that fits a premium, clean aesthetic * Print production experience: bleeds, CMYK and preparing files for the printer * Experience designing for paid social and email, including platform sizes and safe zones * Can manage many projects at once, take feedback well and meet deadlines * Available to work full\-time during US business hours (Pacific time overlap) **Nice to have** * Experience in med spa, aesthetics, beauty, skincare, wellness or healthcare * Motion graphics or short\-form video editing for Reels and TikTok * Figma, Canva (for building team templates) and AI image tools * Brand strategy experience: positioning, brand guidelines, campaign concepts **Why BHRC** * Fully remote, full\-time position with a growing multi\-location brand * You own the creative and see it live across ads, clinics and retail every week * Health benefits, PTO, and treatment perks Pay: $50,000\.00 \- $70,000\.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
