Commission \& Earning Structure:

• Creator Tier (80% Revenue Share): Bring your personal student base, share your unique promo codes across social media channels, or land corporate bulk packages. You retain 80% of all generated revenue while we manage the technology infrastructure.
• Platform Tier (68% Revenue Share): Deliver lessons to students who discover your profile organically on our internal marketplace and keep a solid 68% payout.
• Guaranteed Paid Trials: Your expertise is valuable. Every single trial class conducted on our platform is fully compensated.

Spend your energy on instruction rather than tracking down payments. Your international clients can pay effortlessly via Visa, Mastercard, Alipay, or WeChat Pay. As an Official PayPal Partner, we process global payouts seamlessly, eliminating 99% of international transaction hurdles. We manage financial operations so you can focus entirely on scaling your brand alongside us.

This role is ideal for educators who already manage students and want to minimize time spent negotiating rates, managing schedules, and issuing invoices.

Who We Are Looking For (Limited Partner Cohort):

To deliver top-tier software and promotional resources to our creators, we are strictly capping our initial network to 300 exclusive partners.

• Academic Subjects: IB, GCSE, DSE, and A-Level curricula (English, Mathematics, Chinese, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Economics, etc.).
• World Languages (Exam Preparation): French, German, Spanish, Italian, and Japanese (preparing learners for certified standardized exams including DELF/DALF, Goethe, DELE, CILS, JLPT, as well as IB/A-Level language tracks).
• Tech Skills \& Professional Upskilling: Applied Generative \& Agentic AI Systems, Data Science \& Analytics, Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), etc.
• Growth Orientation: Each founding partner in our 300-tutor cohort is expected to onboard at least 2 current students to kickstart momentum and immediately leverage the 80% revenue tier.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Tutors with an active social media footprint (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn) or a clear vision to monetize their online audience.
