Who We Are
We're a growing sales and corporate gifting business based in Reno, Nevada, serving thousands of customers nationwide.
We specialize in personalized corporate gifts, customer relationships, and live sales events across the country.
We're a small team with big goals, and we take pride in solving problems creatively, working efficiently, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
We're looking for someone who can help us continue growing while keeping everything running smoothly.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a right-hand person, not just someone who checks boxes on a to-do list.
We need an experienced, highly resourceful Executive Assistant who can handle a wide variety of responsibilities, think independently, and take ownership of projects from beginning to end.
One day you might be researching wholesale manufacturers. The next day you could be troubleshooting software, coordinating a marketing campaign, organizing travel, or helping resolve a customer issue.
You won't always know how to do everything we ask.
That's okay. What matters is your ability to figure it out.
We want someone who takes initiative, researches solutions, asks thoughtful questions, and follows through without needing constant supervision.
If you're naturally organized, tech-savvy, and genuinely enjoy solving problems, this could be a great opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a versatile position supporting the business owner across several areas:
- Executive Support: Manage calendars, appointments, reminders, travel arrangements, and administrative projects.
- Research \& Problem-Solving: Research vendors, products, services, and business opportunities. Compare options and present recommendations.
- Customer Relationships: Respond to customer inquiries, maintain CRM records, coordinate orders, and manage follow-ups.
- Marketing: Assist with scheduling email and SMS campaigns, creating Canva designs, and coordinating social media content.
- CRM \& Technology: Help manage HighLevel, troubleshoot software issues, maintain workflows, and learn new systems.
- Project Management: Coordinate with remote team members and vendors, track deadlines, and ensure projects are completed.
- Event Coordination: Research trade shows, communicate with organizers, and assist with travel and event logistics.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and make the business run more smoothly.
The Ideal Candidate
We're not necessarily looking for the person with the most impressive resume. We're looking for someone who gets things done.
You should be:
- Resourceful: You enjoy figuring things out, even when you've never done something before.
- Independent: You can manage projects without constant instructions or reminders.
- Organized: You can juggle multiple priorities while keeping track of important details.
- Detail-Oriented: You double-check your work and take pride in accuracy.
- Proactive: You communicate updates, anticipate problems, and take initiative.
- Accountable: You take ownership of your responsibilities and follow through on commitments.
- Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable learning new software and troubleshooting unfamiliar systems.
We provide guidance and support, but we expect you to be comfortable researching solutions and working independently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in executive assistance, administrative support, or business operations.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and common business software.
- Comfortable using Canva and learning new technology.
- Reliable computer and internet connection.
- Availability during agreed-upon U.S. business hours; Pacific Time preferred.
Bonus points for: HighLevel experience, CRM management, marketing automation, customer service, or experience supporting entrepreneurs.
Compensation \& Growth
- Starting pay: $24–$28/hour, based on experience and demonstrated abilities.
- Opportunities for quarterly bonuses tied to overall company sales performance.
- Approximately 10-20 hours per week initially, with potential for additional hours.
- Remote work with flexible scheduling.
- Paid training and onboarding.
- Employee discounts.
- Opportunities for increased compensation and responsibilities.
We're looking for someone interested in building a long-term working relationship and growing alongside the business.
Our Values
Truth: Be honest, own your mistakes, and communicate openly.
Responsibility: Take initiative, follow through, and look for ways to contribute beyond the minimum.
Heart: Care about your work, your teammates, and the customers who depend on us.
We believe in working smarter, taking pride in what we do, and treating our customers' experiences as if they were our own.
