Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (CPC) – Contract Position

Compensation: $50–$65 per billable service hour, based on qualifications and experience

Position Summary

National SmartHealthCare Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced, fully licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (CPC) to provide behavioral health therapy and clinical assessments to children and adults receiving Nevada Medicaid services in the Las Vegas area.

This position will initially be offered on a contract basis while National completes its Nevada Medicaid credentialing process.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and provide individual and family therapy as appropriate.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with Nevada Medicaid requirements.
• Collaborate with behavioral health professionals to coordinate quality patient care.
• Maintain compliance with applicable clinical, ethical, and Medicaid standards.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Nevada Clinical Professional Counselor (CPC) license required.
• Experience providing therapy and clinical assessments to children and adults.
• Familiarity with Nevada Medicaid behavioral health services and documentation requirements.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills.
• Current Nevada Medicaid enrollment/credentialing strongly preferred.
• Experience with Targeted Case Management (TCM) and Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) preferred but not required.

Compensation \& Contract Details

Compensation ranges from $50–$65 per billable service hour, calculated using actual, approved billable service units. Billable hours are not guaranteed.

This is initially a contract opportunity while National completes its Nevada Medicaid credentialing process. Any future change in the working arrangement would be discussed separately.
