About NSAR
National Service Animal Registry (NSAR) has helped people with disabilities since 1995. We connect individuals with licensed mental-health professionals who provide legitimate, clinically sound documentation for emotional support animals (ESAs) and psychiatric service dogs (PSDs). Our platform handles intake, documentation, and payment — so you can focus entirely on clinical review.

The role
We're growing our network of licensed clinicians who review client assessments and, when clinically appropriate, issue ESA or PSD determination letters. This is asynchronous, telehealth-based work you can do from anywhere, on your own schedule — review as few or as many assessments as you like. You bring the clinical judgment; we handle everything else.

What you'll do

• Review completed client assessments — built on validated screening instruments — through our secure clinician portal
• Exercise independent clinical judgment to determine whether an ESA or PSD recommendation is warranted
• Request additional information from a client when you need it before reaching a determination
• Issue and e-sign determination letters for clients in states where you hold an active license
• Maintain documentation consistent with HIPAA, applicable telehealth regulations, and your professional and ethical standards

What we're looking for

• Active, unrestricted license to practice in one or more U.S. states as a Psychologist (PhD/PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC/LPCC, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Psychiatrist, or Psychiatric NP
• Comfort delivering services via telehealth and practicing within your state's scope of practice
• Sound clinical judgment and the professionalism to approve only when clinically appropriate — and to decline when it isn't
• A private, HIPAA-appropriate work environment and reliable internet
• Multi-state licensure is a strong plus
