#### **Job Title: Manager, Executive Leadership Programs**
Location: Bethesda, Maryland (Remote; Hybrid Optional)
Reports To: Deputy Director, Executive Leadership Programs
FLSA Status: Exempt

#### **Position Summary:**
Based in NACHC’s Health Center Operations and Governance (HCOG) functional area that focuses on training and technical assistance (TTA) for the Community Health Center sector, the Manager, Executive Leadership Programs is responsible for program management and support of the NACHC Leadership Exchange (NLE), a cohort\-based leadership and professional development program for C\-Suite executives, and other executive programs.
The Manager supports the program planning of various NLEs and executive leadership programs, provides event logistical support for in\-person and live virtual training programs, as well as supports the procurement of external subject matter experts, field practitioners, and other vendors. Additionally, the Manager coordinates the production of TTA activities, tracks program spending, supports good financial stewardship practices, as well as contributes to marketing content creation and curriculum creation. This position requires strong program management experience and the ability to think critically and use data for decision\-making. The Manager must also demonstrate an ability to be solutions\-orientated and thrive in a team\-based, fast\-paced environment.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**
1\. Manage the program planning and execution of various NLEs and executive leadership programs in collaboration with supervisor.
* Contribute to the development of and manage timelines for program development and deployment.
* Manage program applications and registrations.
* Serve as the first point of contact for program applicants and participants.
* Submit required forms and processes required for event set up, registration, event support, etc.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in the production of TTA activities.
* Provide event logistical and technical support for inperson and live virtual training programs or ensure the technical and logistical host role is filled for all offerings in collaboration with supervisor.
* Manage learning in online systems including NACHC’s Learning Management System, online communities, and other relevant systems.
* Support processes for onboarding, preparing and overseeing faculty, mentors, advisors in collaboration with supervisor.
* Prepare faculty to understand how to navigate different modes of deployment (e.g., virtual, hybrid, and/or inperson).
* Coordinate special events for programs and/or target audiences.
2\. Contribute to the development of relevant training and technical assistance (TTA) programs and resources.
* Maintain an understanding of TTA needs for the NLE and other executive programs.
* Maintain an understanding of issues impacting health centers and work with supervisor to ensure appropriate incorporation in programs.
* Ensure content for NLEs and other executive programs reflect instructional design techniques for adult learners, align with NACHC standards, and comply with funder requirements in collaboration with supervisor.
* Gather information to support the development of offerings.
* Provide editorial support in the development and finalization of offerings ensuring compliance with funder requirements and NACHC policies.
* Deploy evaluation mechanisms to measure the impact and effectiveness of TTA in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures and support the use of feedback to refine and improve future offerings.
* Ensure evaluation outcomes align with organizational expectations related to program evaluation measures.
3\. Support the achievement of revenue goals associated with NLE and executive leadership programs.
* Work with supervisor to ensure programs meet registration and revenue targets.
* Contribute to proposals.
* Support business development activities with supervisor and appropriate NACHC colleagues.
* Develop, maintain, and manage positive and collaborative working relationships with partner/sponsor/funder organizations which may include:
* Scheduling regular checkin meetings
* Preparing documents and tracking progress
* Developing agendas for meetings
4\. Contribute to the operations and financial stewardship for executive leadership TTA activities.
* Track projects, ensure deliverable milestones, and contribute to funder reporting.
* Work with consultants to develop scopes of work for projects in consultation with supervisor.
* Prepare contracts and Letters of Agreement.
* Track consultant billing and request consultant invoices.
* Support the development of RFPs/RFIs and other relevant applications for vendor selection and review applications when appropriate.
* Track program spending and support good financial stewardship practices.
* Collaborate on marketing and communication to ensure programs meet revenue and/or participant targets inclusive of drafting marketing content and other items.
5\. Contribute to NACHC’s overall programming and objectives.
* Contribute to NACHC conference program planning and delivery when appropriate and approved by supervisor.
* Staff and support Committees (known as Member Engagement Groups) as assigned.
* Serve on crossfunctional teams as appropriate.
* Work in close coordination and collaboration with NACHC staff, Primary Care Associations, National Technical Assistance Program (NTAP) partners, and other funders/partners as appropriate.

#### **Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s Degree
* Program management experience
* Experience managing project budgets
* Experience with adult learning
* Knowledge of executive leadership programs and needs (preferred)
* Experience hosting and executing programs and training in various formats (inperson, hybrid, virtual)
* Demonstrated competence using Microsoft Office
* 10% travel to NACHC conferences, NLErelated events, and other programming
#### **Key Skills and Competencies:**
* Ability to learn and use project management tools (Asana, SmartSheet)
* Ability to learn and manage training programs and technical assistance resources on a Learning Management System (LMS)
* Ability to learn and use data collection tools (Qualtrics)
* Ability to use virtual platforms to manage trainings and programs (Zoom)
* Ability to think strategically and use data for decisionmaking
* Solutionsoriented and interpersonally able to thrive in a teambased, fastpaced environment
* Verbal and written communication skills, including experience contributing to marketing materials
* Interpersonal skills and ability to work with variety of stakeholders
* Customer service experience
* Experience working with subject matter experts, practitioners, and curriculum developers to develop and deliver programs
