Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced commercial real estate professional with a strong track record in sourcing, structuring, financing, and closing investment transactions.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned CRE dealmaker with established relationships throughout the industry, including property owners, brokers, private equity firms, family offices, lenders, and institutional investors.
We are looking for someone who can bring more than analytical expertise — someone with the experience, connections, and ability to help put attractive real estate transactions together from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Sourcing: Identify attractive on-market and off-market investment opportunities, particularly multifamily, value-add, and distressed assets.
- Capital Markets: Leverage relationships with lenders, debt funds, private equity firms, family offices, and JV equity partners to help arrange acquisition financing.
- Transaction Structuring: Develop creative acquisition structures, joint ventures, and debt/equity capital stacks.
- Investment Analysis: Evaluate underwriting, financial models, investment returns, and transaction feasibility.
- Deal Execution: Assist with negotiations, due diligence, financing coordination, and closings.
- Relationship Development: Leverage and expand relationships with industry professionals, investment sponsors, and capital partners.
Ideal Qualifications
- 10+ years of commercial real estate investment, acquisitions, or capital markets experience.
- Proven track record of personally sourcing, structuring, financing, or closing CRE transactions.
- Established relationships with capital providers, lenders, investors, brokers, and property owners.
- Experience with multifamily acquisitions, value-add investments, distressed opportunities, and creative financing.
- Strong understanding of acquisition underwriting, capital structures, and joint ventures.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
Compensation
Flexible compensation arrangements based on experience, capabilities, and transaction involvement. Open to consulting retainers, base compensation, performance incentives, and potential deal-level equity participation, structured in compliance with applicable laws.
Pay: $108,000.00 - $149,000.00 per year
Work Location: Remote
