**Job Summary** The Portfolio \& PMO Analyst is a dedicated project management and data analytics resource supporting the Office of Innovation's idea portal and pipeline, managed in Qmarkets. This role owns daily portal data integrity, regular pipeline reporting, and visual management tools that give leadership real\-time visibility into portfolio health. This role also needs to have presentation and process development skillsets, to support building and operationalizing the processes the Office of Innovation is building. By taking on recurring data extraction, analysis, and reporting, this role frees the Operations Principal to focus on the people and process elements of the pipeline including stakeholder engagement, process design, and portfolio strategy. This role is central to maturing OOI's data and pmo infrastructure to move from manual, static reporting to automated analytics that scale with the growing pipeline.The Analyst is expected to work proactively, surfacing data reports and insights to the Operations Principal and Innovation Director on a daily/weekly cadence. **Desired Experience \& Skills** ● 4–6 years in data analysis, business intelligence, or operations/reporting roles; experience with pipeline, CRM, or idea\-management data a plus ● Previous experience with Qmarkets Platform (e.g., Ideate, Impact) ● Strong critical thinking and analytical problem solving skills with the ability to produce insights and surface trends independently; identifies and raises QA/QC concerns proactively to leadership ● Presentation building and process design skills preferred ● Hands\-on data analysis, automation, and dashboarding skills required; direct experience working with Tableau preferred ● Comfortable building repeatable, automated reporting processes rather than one\-off manual analysis ● Proactive self\-starter — expected to surface data, issues, and status to the Operations Principal and Innovation Director daily/weekly without prompting ● Clear, organized communicator who can hand off analysis\-ready data and insights on a set cadence **Key Responsibilities** **Daily Portal \& Pipeline Management** ● Own portal data integrity: ensure ideas are in the correct stage/state, the live idea tracker matches the portal, and new\-idea intake (team notification, tracker entry, owner assignment), portal communications, and workflow elements are correct and handled same\-day ● Partner with Qmarkets to keep pipeline data clean, enhance portal features, and resolve portal errors; maintain an issue log for both idea ● Manage PMO\-style management on active ideas: track communications to/from portal and innovate address, and open action items per idea, ensure follow\-ups don't fall through the cracks, and flag stalled ideas to the Operations Principal and Innovation Director for intervention ● Run a regular status update to the Operations Principal and Innovation Director: new/changed ideas, open items, stalled ideas needing escalation, and follow\-ups completed ● Support with setting up \& maintaining co\-tracking portfolio across different investment paths **Reporting \& Data Insights Analysis** ● Help build the infrastructure and reports that will feed our dashboard build (revenue generation/PIA distribution, closure reasons, cycle time, organizational reach) ● Extract and analyze pipeline data weekly: idea counts by stage/state and campaign (Ideate, Modernize, Funding, Strategic Initiative, Innovate), plus submitter and ownership stats ● Expand this monthly to include OU distribution and thematic analysis, and help deliver a finished report in the standard template, with the Operations Principal signing off on data structure and content before it's finalized ● Once OOI dashboard is built, ensure insights are extracted and consistent with portal **Other** ● Support portal admin work as needed: new campaign setup, committee review bodies, and translating review criteria into portal scoring/voting, education and news portal updates ● Participate in regular check\-ins with the Operations Principal, Innovation Director, Qmarkets, and OOI stakeholders, and field ad hoc data requests as they arise Pay: $50\.00 \- $55\.00 per hour Expected hours: 40\.0 per week Application Question(s): * are you ok for C2C position?
