Job Description
Help working New Orleans families become lasting homeowners.
New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity (NOAHH) is launching Managed Ownership Readiness (MOR), a new three-year pathway to homeownership for working families. Five families will own homes at Rising Oaks while they build the credit, savings and skills to refinance into a permanent mortgage. We’re looking for a part-time Program Administrator to keep the program running smoothly, with a path to full-time as MOR grows.
What you’ll do
- Keep each family’s program file and milestone calendar up to date.
- Schedule coaching sessions, financial reviews, home visits and workshops.
- Follow up with families and team members so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Manage program data in the MOR App and spreadsheets.
- Track contractor hours, invoices and spending against the program budget.
- Prepare monthly dashboards and help compile funder and board reports.
- Pay: $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience, under an independent contractor agreement.
- Schedule: 20–25 hours per month.
- Term: early 2027 through the pilot’s Year-3 refinance, renewed annually.
- Location: in-person sessions at or near Rising Oaks, plus remote work.
