We're expanding into Delaware and looking for licensed BCBAs who want flexibility with real support behind them. **What We Offer** * $60–$90 per hour, based on experience * 100% remote — all services delivered via telehealth * Flexible scheduling; accept or decline referrals at your discretion * Part\-time or full\-time, your choice * Caseload that grows with your availability * Administrative, billing, and credentialing support handled for you * Supportive clinical leadership and professional development **What You'll Do** * Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior evaluations * Develop individualized ABA treatment plans * Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs * Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed * Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation * Deliver telehealth services and remote supervision **Qualifications** * Active BCBA certification (BACB) * Active Delaware license (required) * Experience providing ABA services and supervising RBTs * Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills * Comfortable working independently in a remote environment * Reliable internet and a private, HIPAA\-appropriate workspace **Multi\-State Licensure** If you also hold licensure in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Maryland, please mention it — we're expanding regionally and can often offer a larger caseload to multi\-state clinicians. **How to Apply** Apply with your resume and include your states of licensure and the hours per week you're looking for.
