Job Overview

As a Remote Life Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll connect with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and explain life insurance options clearly. You’ll guide clients through the sales process, maintain accurate records, and build lasting relationships through responsive, thoughtful service. This is a paid position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote insurance sales conversations and follow up with prospective clients through appropriate channels, including telemarketing.
• Assess client needs, explain relevant coverage, and support informed decisions using clear client communication and negotiation skills.
• Build customer relationships through attentive customer service and ongoing communication.
• Maintain client records and sales administration in a customer relationship management (CRM) system; use Microsoft Office tools and analysis skills to support your work.
• Your impact: By matching clients with suitable coverage and explaining their options, you help individuals and families make informed decisions about financial protection.

Requirements

• Strong sales, communication, and customer relationship-building skills; experience in insurance sales, outside sales, or retail sales is useful.
• Life insurance knowledge is important; health insurance knowledge, property and casualty insurance, commercial insurance, benefits administration, and insurance regulation knowledge are valuable.
• CRM system proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office are helpful.
• Understanding of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and careful handling of sensitive client information are preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are an asset.

Pay: $72,900.00 - $250,000.00 per year
