Job Overview

This position offers 100% commission-based compensation with unlimited earning potential. Your income is determined by your sales performance, allowing you to grow your earnings based on your results.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to discuss their life insurance needs.
• Educate individuals and families about available life insurance options.
• Help clients select suitable coverage based on their needs.
• Follow up with potential clients and build long term relationships.
• Participate in team meetings and sales training.
• Work toward individual sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Comfortable communicating with clients over the phone.
• No previous insurance sales experience required.
• Must obtain the appropriate life insurance license before selling insurance.

• 100% commission-based compensation.
