Job Description

TaxSavvy Financial Advisors is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team of tax professionals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate federal and state individual income tax returns.
• Review W-2s, 1099s, and other financial documentation.
• Assist clients with tax-related questions and filing requirements.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and due diligence requirements.
• Communicate professionally with clients throughout the filing process.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships.
• Participate in required virtual training and team meetings.
• Assist with client outreach, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed about tax law updates and industry changes.

Qualifications

• No previous tax preparation experience required; training is available.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to learn tax preparation software and procedures.
• Ability to meet deadlines during the busy tax season.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid IRS Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) before preparing federal tax returns for compensation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience preparing individual or business tax returns.
• Experience in customer service, sales, accounting, or financial services.
• Familiarity with IRS tax forms and tax preparation software.
• Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

Compensation

This position offers performance-based compensation with earning potential ranging from $30,000 to $150,000 annually.

Actual earnings depend on individual performance, client volume, and the applicable compensation agreement. Earnings are not guaranteed.
