RN Telehealth Clinician

RN Telehealth Clinician Pay Range: $45 \- $40hr Shift: 3rd Shift (11pm \- 7am) Remote position Registered Nurse (RN) – Telehealth We are seeking a detail\-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to support telehealth operations by reviewing incoming clinical faxes, completing patient assessments, and helping ensure timely, accurate coordination of care. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in a remote or technology\-enabled environment, communicates clearly, and applies sound clinical judgment when evaluating patient information. Key Responsibilities * Review incoming faxes, referrals, clinical records, and related documentation for completeness and appropriate follow\-up. * Complete telehealth patient assessments using established clinical protocols and documentation standards. * Identify urgent or incomplete information and escalate concerns through the appropriate clinical channels. * Communicate professionally with patients, caregivers, providers, and internal team members as needed. * Document assessments, actions, and outcomes accurately and promptly in designated systems. * Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and organizational requirements. * Support efficient workflow by prioritizing tasks, meeting productivity expectations, and following departmental procedures. * Participate in training, quality\-improvement activities, and team meetings as requested. Required Qualifications * Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse compact license in the state of OH * Clinical nursing experience with the ability to assess patient needs and recognize when escalation is necessary. * Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills * Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time\-management skills * Ability to use electronic health records, secure communication tools, and standard computer applications. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Qualifications * Previous telehealth, triage, utilization review, referral, or care\-coordination experience. * Experience reviewing clinical documentation and managing fax\- or queue\-based workflows. * Experience working in a remote or high\-volume healthcare environment.
