Scheduling Specialist

Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9-5 PM EST
Compensation: $22-$25 commensurate with experience

Required: Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese

TellyHealthMD is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Scheduling \& Outreach Coordinator to support patient scheduling, outreach, and medical record management.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Make and receive calls from patients, caregivers, and family members.
• Conduct appointment reminder and follow-up outreach.
• Upload and maintain records within the EMR/CRM system.
• Ensure patient records are accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and caregivers.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and administrative tasks.
• Experience with EMR/CRM systems preferred.
• Healthcare, medical office, scheduling, or call center experience preferred.
• Must be patient, polite, and professional, particularly when working with elderly patients and their families.
