Job Description
DGT is a consulting firm looking for a contract senior business analyst to help our clients build AI-powered revenue intelligence platforms that show enterprise sales teams which accounts and deals to focus on. On your first engagement, you'll map how a large enterprise client's sales pursuits really run, then turn that into build-ready requirements as the platform's minimum viable product (MVP) is built.
What you'll do
- Interview sellers and operations teams to map how strategic pursuits run today: steps, tools, approvals and handoffs
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria for the product's MVP
- Trace every story through workflow to the CRM field it relies on
- Keep the backlog ready at least a sprint ahead of engineering
- Work alongside client engineering throughout the build
What you bring
- 6+ years as a business analyst, ideally in sales or revenue operations
- Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 or Salesforce objects and fields
- Strong user stories and acceptance criteria
- Process mapping in Visio, Lucidchart or Miro
- Jira and Confluence
- Comfort interviewing sellers and operations staff and turning what you hear into requirements
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise B2B sales pursuit or pipeline processes
- Agile delivery experience on a product build
About DGT DGT (Dawn Digital Technology) is an enterprise technology consulting firm with 23 years of experience and more than 200 projects delivered. We bring AI, enterprise platforms and data strategy together into one execution model focused on measurable results.
Pay: $60.00 - $85.00 per hour

- Have you used Jira and Confluence to manage a product backlog?
- Can you start within two weeks of an offer?
- Write one user story, with acceptance criteria, for this need: a seller wants to see which of their open opportunities have had no customer activity in the last 21 days.
- Describe a current-state process you mapped by interviewing the people who do the work. How many people did you interview, which tool did you map it in, and what did you find that the process documentation got wrong?
- Stakeholders keep changing their minds on a feature two weeks before the sprint that builds it. How do you keep the backlog ready a sprint ahead?
- Have you worked fully remote as a business analyst? If so, for how long, and did you interview stakeholders remotely?
- What do you find most challenging about gathering requirements remotely, and how do you work around it?
