We’re Hiring: Senior Full Stack Web Developer (LATAM | Remote)

Thrivelab is looking for a Senior Full Stack Web Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications for our telehealth platform. You’ll work across frontend, backend, and AWS infrastructure, and help shape technical decisions, architecture, and code quality across the team.

We highly value developers who use AI tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code in their daily workflow.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain full-stack apps using React, TanStack, NestJS, and Next.js
• Develop scalable, reliable backend services and APIs
• Manage deployments on AWS (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, S3, CloudFront) and support CI/CD pipelines
• Lead technical decisions and contribute to system architecture
• Keep high standards for code quality, testing, and performance
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to ship high-impact features
• Find opportunities to bring AI-driven solutions into the platform

What you bring:

• Must be based in LATAM
• 3–5 years of professional web development experience
• C1 English proficiency
• Strong React skills (performance optimization and component design)
• Backend experience with Node.js, NestJS, or similar
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), including schema design
• Hands-on AWS experience and CI/CD with containerized environments
• Proven track record shipping production applications

Nice to have:

• Next.js (SSR, SSG, API routes) and TanStack tools
• Healthcare, HIPAA, or telehealth experience
• Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, AWS CDK)
• Building AI-powered features, LLM integrations, or RAG workflows
• Microservices or event-driven architecture

How we work: Agile sprints, standups, and code reviews in a collaborative engineering and product team.

Compensation: $3,500 USD/month, negotiable based on experience
