Using a proven healthcare services model, Radiology Partners provides consistent, high\-quality care to patients, while delivering enhanced value to the hospitals, clinics, imaging centers and referring physicians we serve. **POSITION SUMMARY:** * Lead enterprise payroll data integrity, validation, reconciliation, audit, and analytics across a complex, multi\-state healthcare organization. * Review payroll inputs and outputs, including physician and provider compensation, to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for improved accuracy and compliance. * Develop payroll reporting, dashboards, and analytics that provide leadership with visibility into payroll accuracy, trends, labor costs, compliance, and operational performance. * Partner with Payroll, HR, Compensation, Finance, Accounting, Operations, HRIS, IT, and practice leadership to strengthen data governance, controls, systems, and processes. * Drive automation and analytics initiatives using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Python, and AI\-enabled tools to improve payroll accuracy, efficiency, reporting, and audit readiness. **DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field with 8\+ years of progressive payroll experience and 3\+ years of healthcare payroll experience. * Experience supporting high\-volume, multi\-state, multi\-entity payroll operations, including payroll audit, reconciliation, compliance, controls, and complex physician compensation. * Advanced Excel and Power BI skills with experience using Power Query, PivotTables, DAX, large datasets, and executive reporting; Microsoft Fabric experience preferred. * Strong knowledge of payroll controls, taxation, wage and hour regulations, data governance, SOX compliance, and healthcare payroll requirements. * Experience with Workday, ADP, UKG, QGenda, or comparable platforms, with strong analytical, problem\-solving, communication, and leadership skills; CPP certification, SQL, Python, and AI experience preferred. **WHY RADIOLOGY PARTNERS:** * Competitive Benefits package \- Eligibility starts the month after hire, with tiered options to choose from. * Compensation Reviews, Career Growth Opportunities * Flexible Remote Schedules * Generous PTO Plans and Paid Holidays * Proudly Certified as a Great Place to Work for Five Consecutive Years **FOR MORE INFORMATION:** \[1] Senior Manager Payroll Data Integrity and AnalyticsSRPAYRSPECSeptember 2026 **COMPENSATION:** The salary range for this position is $56,700 \- $85,000\. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
