Sr. Recruiter (Contract)

Fetch Staffing Solutions is filling a Sr. Recruiter contract position for a large nonprofit based in Atlanta on a 2+ month assignment with the possibilty of an extension. #### Sr. Recruiter

Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating applicants. Review and analyze resumes using our ATS software program. Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other creative sourcing channels. Interview potential candidates using industry-standard techniques. Build an active talent pipeline for current and anticipated positions. Assess applicant qualifications for positions and recommend top candidates to Hiring Manager.

#### Job Requirements:

5+ years’ of recruiting experience required, ideally within a fast-paced, high-volume environment while using multiple sourcing approaches. Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, or other related experience with online ATS tools.

Adept at using Boolean search strings and advanced search operators such has site, inurl, intitle.

Skilled at leveraging Social Media to recruit candidates.

ADP Workforce Now system experience helpful.

Ability to quantify performance metrics in past roles.

Ability to work independently and meet objectives timely.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Willingness to share ideas for creative sourcing techniques.

#### Education:

Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

#### Experience:

High Volume Recruiting: 5 years (Required)

ADP Workforce Now: 1 year (Preferred)

Creative candidate sourcing: 3 years (Required)

Non-profit Recruiting: 2 years (Helpful)
